Arrive at Reykjavik

DAY 1    

    Upon arrival at the Reykjavik Airport, meet the host for transfer to hotel and check in. Reykjavik has a vibrant cultural and design scene, with plenty of exciting adventure tours, vivid nightlife, modern museums, world-class restaurants, galleries, shops, bars and clubs for you to explore throughout your stay!

DAY 2   

    Take a City Sightseeing tour and explore Reykjavík at your leisure, with the opportunity to hop on and off at conveniently located bus stops, like Harpa Concert Hall & Conference Centre, Reykjavik Old Harbour, Reykjavík Maritime Museum, Hallgrímskirkja Church and others! 

Reykjavik to Vik

DAY 3      

    This day starts with a trip from Reykjavik to Vik. Vik is the southernmost village in Iceland situated 110 kilometers from Reykjavík, just South of the Katla volcano, which sits beneath the Mýrdalsjökull glacier. The tour will take you to all three attractions of the popular Golden Circle Tour, with an added visit to the unique Secret Lagoon. It is a perfect Icelandic experience giving you a chance to visit waterfalls, geysers, historic sights and soak in a natural hot spring. Come explore the famous sites of Thingvellir National Park, Gullfoss waterfall and Geysir hot spring area with a great Icelandic twist and a secret stop, all in a day trip! Arrive at Vik and have relaxed evening. 
 
Vik to Hofn

DAY 4    

    Start your day with trip to Hofn. Discover the highlights include black sand beaches of Vik, Skogafoss and Seljalandsfoss waterfalls, and glaciers. In Hofn open for you Eldhraun Lava Field and Fjaðrárgljúfur canyon, Vatnajökull National Park and wonderfull Diamond beach.

Hofn to Akureyri

DAY 5     

 Akureyri is often mentioned as the capital city of North Iceland.  On this beautiful journey, you will visit the most stunning places in the area such as Goðafoss waterfall, the Dimmuborgir lava gardens, and Grjótagjá, the hot spring cave!

Akureyri 

DAY 6    

    Take trip to Lake Myvatn. You would see steam rising from dozens of locations across the alien, colourful landscape and a strong sulfurous odour. Experience being surrounded by boiling water, bubbling mud, deep craters and huge steam vents.  Though the city is small, there are a great number of activities available. There are charming local shops and an array of restaurants and coffee houses to suit all tastes.

Akureyri to Western Fjords

DAY 7    

The Westfjords are rich of birdlife, the birds outnumber the inhabitants many times over. Breidafjordur is a mecca for birdwatchers, and there are the three largest bird cliffs in Europe, the most known one being Latrabjarg.  The Westfjords are really only accessible in the summer months, from May to October. Whether you are a photographer, hiker, biker, road-tripper, adrenaline junkie, wildlife enthusiast, history buff or just a general traveller, you will find a wealth of places that will suit your interests in this incredible region.

Western Fjords 

DAY 8  

    Mountain biking, hiking, paragliding, mountaineering, you name it, Westfjords can serve it all. For calmer activities, there are several golf courses in the region, and sea kayaking is a peaceful way to spend the afternoon exploring the picturesque fjords. Outdoor bathing in natural hot springs is a common activity enjoyed in the Westfjords, which has many hidden bathing spots in remote locations. On the southern shore of the Westfjords is the Raudasandur beach, meaning ‘The Red Sand Beach’.

Western Fjords to Snæfellsjökull

DAY 9    

    Highlights include the Snæfellsjökull National Park, which has black sand beaches and diverse rock formations; beautiful lava caves; the most powerful hot spring in Europe and beautiful waterfalls, such as the highest waterfall in Iceland, Glymur. 

Snæfellsjökull to Keflavik
